Salmon
is an oily fish thus bearing properties of fats essential for our well being.
Yofu is a live soya ( non genetically modified ) product which can be used for any mousses or pastes. This sorbet is a light dish and is probably best used as a starter. |

Flake the salmon and mix it in a liquidiser with the Yofu and add the other ingredients and mix again. Spoon into a bowland freeze until ready to serve. |

Remove
from freezer and allow to thaw for about half an hour. This recipe serves 4. |
